Most items ship within two business days, but because of the custom nature of the Generations of Love products, your order may take a little extra time to complete. If an item is needed more quickly, please use the "Contact Us" option below, to explain your special requirements. We will contact you directly and make every effort to accommodate your special request.
Domestic and International Shipping Policy
We currently ships to the United States and Canada only.
- If you live outside the United States or Canada, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your special shipping needs.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Generations of Love is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, duties, taxes, etc.).
